Taking back old devices
In accordance with the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG), we take back old equipment that was purchased after August 13, 2005 and is no longer to be used.
Please contact our hotline or imc service before sending the equipment back, stating the serial number. You will then receive an RMA number and a return address from us.
