PI and torque test stand for DC motors
Test stand for the measurement of closing motors (car doors)
- The testing performed with the Parameter Identification (PI) method is accelerated because the test object doesn’t require mechanical coupling to a load machine
- For determining the reaction torque for comparison with existing measurement data, a second test object mount has been integrated with a TD 70 strain gauge reaction torque sensor
- In the picture, a test object is flanged to the reaction torque sensor
The basic facts:
Typical test object characteristics
- Motor type: DC motors
- RPM: 5,000 – 25,000
- Current: up to 15 A
- Voltage: up to 33 VDC
- Dimensions: 10-24 mm x 15-30 mm
Measurement system
- imc C-SERIES CS-7008-N for universal operation with 8 measurement channels with a sample rate per channel of 100 kHz and an aggregate sampling rate of 400 kHz
